Each battery pack undergoes rigorous testing during the manufacturing process to match or surpass the original equipment's specifications, guaranteeing excellent form, fit, and workmanship.
WARRANTY POLICY: With our industry-leading warranty, we assure you that all our products will meet or surpass the original equipment's specifications for form, fit, and function. Every battery we offer is covered by a 12-month warranty, providing full repair or replacement in the event of any workmanship defects. Additionally, our batteries are guaranteed to retain 80% of their rated capacity for 12 months (for Japanese or Korean Cells) or 70% for Chinese cells, starting from the date of shipment, as long as they are used within the recommended limits.
For the return of defective products to Elektroedge.com, the purchaser is responsible for shipping and other related costs. Please note that an RMA number is required for any products being returned to us. However, we will cover the return shipping costs of replacement products sent to the original purchaser.
