Our batteries are guaranteed to meet or surpass the original equipment's specifications for form, fit, and function. This warranty covers any workmanship defects. The warranty is applicable to all our batteries and provides full repair or replacement in the event of any defects. Additionally, our products are guaranteed to retain 80% of their rated capacity for 12 months (for Japanese or Korean Cells) or 70% for Chinese cells, starting from the date of shipment, as long as they are used within the recommended limits.

Defective Product Returns:

For defective products covered under warranty, the purchaser is responsible for shipping and related costs when returning the item to An RMA number is required for any products being returned to us. However, we will cover the return shipping costs for replacement products sent to the original purchaser.

Timeframe for Returns:

When initiating a return, kindly ensure that you reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order. You should then return the package within the following 15 days. If these timelines are adhered to, we will process a refund for the product's purchase amount. Once we receive the return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damaged Products:

In the event of receiving damaged products, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will promptly exchange them with brand new replacements at no additional cost. Simply send us a picture of the damaged product, and we will arrange for the replacement to be shipped.

Approval for Returns:

We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. If you return a package without our approval or contact us after the 10-day period, we cannot grant any refund.

Third-Party Carrier Shipping:

For orders shipped by third-party carriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, cancellation requests can be processed only before tracking is generated. If you cancel an order after tracking has been generated, a full refund will be issued only after the order is returned to our warehouse, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Shipping Tracking:

For most orders, UPS/FedEx/DHL tracking is activated within 48 hours, while USPS tracking may take 2-4 business days to become active.
