Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.
- Final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $299.00 or more within the continental United States—no promo code needed.
- Orders are shipped via trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (ground service).
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping methods such as UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail may be available at checkout for an additional fee. These are faster alternatives to standard shipping but are not express or guaranteed delivery services.
Please note: A handling time of 2–5 business days still applies before shipment.
Free Shipping (Eligible Products Only)
ElektroEdge offers Free Shipping on select eligible products and promotional items within the continental United States. Products that qualify for Free Shipping will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Please note:
- Free Shipping is available only on selected products and qualifying orders.
- Certain products may not qualify due to hazardous material regulations (Hazmat/DG), oversized dimensions, carrier limitations, or destination restrictions.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and remote delivery locations.
- Free Shipping promotions apply only to standard ground shipping methods selected by ElektroEdge.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier processing, battery transportation regulations, product availability, and order handling requirements.
- ElektroEdge reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Free Shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days after processing.
- While we partner with reliable carriers, unexpected delays (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions) may occur. We’ll notify you if significant delays arise.
Please note: The USPS/UPS shipping time displayed at checkout is an estimate only. Our standard handling time will be added to this estimate.
Carrier-Confirmed Delivery
Once an order has been shipped and the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) updates the tracking status as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, ElektroEdge.com’s responsibility for the order is fully fulfilled. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise missing after a carrier has confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout
- Checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailrooms
- Contacting the carrier directly for GPS delivery scans, missing package investigations, or insurance claims
- Filing theft or misdelivery claims where applicable
ElektroEdge cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as Delivered by the carrier. Any resolution (claim, reimbursement, insurance payout) must be handled directly with the carrier.
Dangerous Goods Shipping
- Products classified as “dangerous goods” (e.g., high-capacity lithium batteries) cannot be expedited.
- These items are shipped using ground-only methods in full compliance with DOT and carrier safety regulations.
Processing & Handling Time
- Orders typically require 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery timeframes (4–8 business days) begin after processing is complete.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Free standard shipping applies only to addresses within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
- You may also log into your ElektroEdge account to view order status and tracking updates at any time.
Address Errors & Delivery Issues
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee may apply or a partial refund may be issued (minus any shipping fees incurred).

Payment Terms
At ElektroEdge, we authorize and charge your card at the time of checkout. As a small business, this helps us manage inventory efficiently and fulfill your order without delay.
For bulk purchases or special-order items, payment is also processed immediately upon confirmation. Many of these products require custom sourcing or special handling, and advance payment allows us to complete your order smoothly and on time.
While this may differ from how larger marketplaces operate, it is a common practice across our industry. If you have any concerns, our support team is here to help — you’re always welcome to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. We never hold your funds unnecessarily.
