Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong product or something arrived broken? Don't worry—we've got you.

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send us a clear photo or video showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.

Important: Do not dispose of the item until we confirm the next steps. We may need the product returned for inspection.

Change of Mind Returns

30-Day Return Guarantee

Changed your mind? We’ve got you covered — with a few important conditions.

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of return.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • OEM Notice: We do not sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. All items are high-quality compatible replacements unless specifically stated otherwise. Please do not expect OEM branding or packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Post-Shipment Cancellation Policy


Please note: Once an order has tracking generated and is forwarded to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. However, the customer may still return the item under our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the return policy above.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at service@elektroedge.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos (if applicable)
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

ElektroEdge is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please package securely.

Warranty Claims

If your item is covered under warranty and fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us. Our rechargeable batteries and chargers come with a 12-month warranty.
